The hotel is located in a great spot for hikers, right next door to the Hirzer cable car, and gives easy access to high altitude trails. the rooms are spacious and fresh with nice bathrooms. the service is quite attentive, and breakfast is delightful, with a wide selection of baked goods and homemade juices. the hotel provides free walking sticks to hikers, which is a nice touch. the hotel has great facilities and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.
The dinner times were not very flexible and may not work for active people with different schedules.

The pool area was delightful, offering a perfect spot to hang out and relax. the staff was friendly and helpful whenever we had any issues. the breakfast was plentiful and had enough variety to satisfy everyone's preferences.
The rooms were quite small and not accurately advertised. the room's view was bad, and the noise from the street was unbearable.

We had a great stay at this resort hotel! The hotel facilities were fantastic, including an indoor and outdoor pool, gym, spa, and ping pong. The location was also perfect, right next door to a cable car. The staff were helpful and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious. Not obvious to find, but once you do, it's worth it!
